Our proprietary patented technology "Sol-Evo" by which a solution can be achieved, we have made the system analysis and proposed the design of a
GPCB compliant Environment Management System as below. "Sol-Evo”: Solar Thermal Evaporation System with multi stage Reverse Osmosis system. The system made from the collective of above equipment will give a solution towards.
1. Reverse Osmosis Reject water can get evaporated which is a GPCB compliant Environment Management System.
2. Our above system will also provide free of cost stream to the said unit 200 kg/ day in optimum condition, whereas the sample unit is currently spending money above 500 INR/day.
Sample units will be able to save stream generation cost which is by product of our system and can be utilized in the existing production set up free of cost.
3. Since our system is completely new and patented technology and it does not involve the requirement of electricity to evaporate water therefore the sample unit given to us will have an additional savings in terms of saving in the electricity cost.
4. While comparing our technology with other available GPCB approved technologies we have found that we have the cheapest capital cost among the available approved technology for the water jet units, a part of this our system has least operational cost compared to other technology.
