I'm pretty sure Opportunity doesn't work like first strike. You don't lose the lethality upon being hit, you lose it after 3 secs of damaging enemy champ. The CD it shows is how long you have to wait out of combat until you get that lethality back.

IIRC it's CTRL + F1/F2/F3

pretty sure it's ctrl + the ability key, so ctrl + r in this case

Honestly the best tip to carry in late game is to master the ghost barrel, and 3 barrel combo, and to position in bushes pre-fights to assassinate, thats it
