I think an agreement should be done with the artist before playing the track on the show... I don't know if this happens, but apparently it does not. Please anyone correct me if I'm wrong

@@matematicacommarcospaulo I'm not sure how workable that would be. DJs want to play the newest tracks (and oldies as well of course) and I can imagine it being tricky to track all the owners down. Would be nice to hear Rich's thoughts.

@@matematicacommarcospaulo I would add to this: I'm sure the tracks have been bought and paid for, or given to Rich. I know that's not the full story because we as listener did not pay to listen to the track, but as I said I think it's very challenging. I really hope youtube doesn't kill the DJ.

Actually vogel is a Dutch word for bird. I am Portugese but learning Dutch in The Netherlands. Vogal is the Portuguese word. Vogel is bird in Dutch.
