Solasta is rough around the edges but does a lot of things right, I hope the success of bg3 gets some people to try it out.

Solasta have better organized and cleaner UI and explain things clearer too. many small things that makes Solasta combat superiors to BG3

Solasta is true tabletop feeling D&D at it best (D&D is wargame and dungeon crawler and we play it models on queare paper)! BG3 is little more homebrew system and - for me - more an interactive movie than tabletop rpg. Both game is good but I think Solasta is far superior when I see it a tabletop game and the adventure maker app clearly puts it towards BG3. It opens up endless possibilities for the DM to create a coop module. Don't get me wrong, both games are in the top category, but when I look at how little money Solasta is made of and what level of perfection it brings to the tabletop experience, I have to say it's better than BG3. For me of course.

I am hyped for Baldur's Gate too, but there is really something very nice about games like Solasta, which are way cheaper. Baldur's gate is definitely on my must play list, though I may wait for it to go on sale(waited all this time in early access, another year probably wont hurt).

Nope. Solasta devs never got approved to use D&D content so they had to rename a lot of classes and races and make up their own world lore. BG3 did get approved to use D&D content and takes place in the D&D setting.

BG3 in a nutshell when compared to Solasta at the top of my head these things come to mind BG3 Has Better Graphics BG3 Has Better Voice Acting BG3 Has better Visual Effects BG3 Released Unfinished (Act3) BG3 Lied about its Endings BG3 Lied about choices mattering BG3 Lied about what BG3 would contain BG3 isnt even faithful to BG1-2 BG3 is unbalanced Shove 30 Feet Victory I win boss fight in 1 action / move BG3 glitches out quests far to easy just by talking to a NPC BG3 Glitches out by not resting enough BG3 Glitches out by resting to much BG3 Kills Main Villian in Act 2 BG3 Companions interaction is shit, Astorian will try to kill you when you first meet, none of your companions will try to help thats just the tip of the iceberg BG3 Romance is shit, Legit that guy you never talk to in your game has aparently fallen in love with you and wants to marry you coz Reasons BG3 Lacks Basic Gameplay Mechs such as ... - Lack of a Day Night Cycle - Lack of a Party Formation - Lack of infomation given to the party - shit control scemes with moving the camera about - shit control screams with infortory and marketing screen - shit AI Pathfinding BG3 Character creator is WAY Worse BG3 dosnt have a Custom Campaign Maker BG3 has a Toxic Fan Base community that will legit use 'it just works' as an excuise These things are just at the TOP of my head mind you

I love soltasta finding it hard to play bg3 without friend fixed that problem but you didn't compare them you basically said bg3 is shit & said nothin bout solastsa

BG3 has issues massive issues, If you re-read my above statement you see I said BG3 has great graphics and great voice acting and what knock, So your wrong on that part basicly learn to read what was said, Argued / pointed out that while BG3 didnt have said things Solasta basicly had X thing. wasnt going to repeat myself twice on eveything tho but make up more excuises BG3 is a over-rated Subpar game at best. Solasta is better, but its not a great game.@@smabb

BG3 is a epic game for sure, i wouldn't say its overrated but i do agree with your list. And somehow I love solasta more, even everyone says it has shitty story, but i kind of like it. Maybe its just like my random run of 5e campaign. I hope the dev can get some good IP for their new game, like icewind dale 3 or something.
