I am relocating from India. This video has been really helpful. Will contact you once I am there. Just one question. I don't see private properties having boundary walls. Is it illegal there?(considering it encroachment or anything) Because here everything is enclosed inside boundary walls

Hi, there! Walls separating properties are not uncommon here, but they maybe are less common than a simple fence, and it also depends a lot on the property type and the area. Many properties here are "attached" properties, and only the yards are separated by a fence or low wall. Once you begin your search, you'll begin to see the variety.
