@@lifestyleproperties The thanks are mine ! You remember when we briefly mentioned real-estate buying or selling comes in cycles... Looks like staginflation plus interest rates by 3rd quarter will also materialize 7-8%+ for buyers who want or need loans depending on their, dare I say it: "Credit factors", Cash,plus whatever good ole supply and demand may be dictating up thru this time period to the 3rd quarter and very likely longer. On the positive,at least banking interests rates regarding return will be better for people with savings, verses less than 1% in previous years as was thru the last decade.
