Nearly perfect for me! The arched bulkheads are a wonderful touch, as is the large bathroom. I'm not quite taken with the stern cabin though, and perhaps would remodel as an office, or a tiny salon with a stove. Bright, clean, well maintained, and fits all the "needs" very well!

Gotta be honest, when I first saw the saloon arrangement I was like "the rail mounted table is cool, but why doesn't it have a dinette?" Then I got to the back of the boat and was like "oh, so that's why." 🤣 Overall I like the layout this way better than having a standard dinette. You can have guests close enough to be social while you're on the move, or you can have a dedicated reading room/spare bedroom when you're anchored up. I'm also pleasantly surprised at just how CLEAN the boat is. Often times you can almost hear James struggling to say "squeaky clean in there" with a straight face but I don't think he actually says it enough in this one.

Wow this is the layout of my ideal boat almost exactly! It even has the little fold up seat I had imagined for myself. What a pity I will never be able to afford it 😔

Almost the perfect boat !!! I would get rid of the 2 giant black chairs & install smaller, less in-your-face seats, cover the deck ends for rain proofing & install safety edges & benches - who wants to fall off their red deck steering seat into the canal ? Love the arches - it's really classy woodwork inside !!! Make the bathroom closed instead of walk-thru, and then it would be the very most I have seen of how to usefully use this size boat - 2 full bedroom areas & even space for another mattress over the engine area when static ! Wow - it has so much utility it beats every other boat I have watched !

Oh! She is a BEAUTIFUL boat! From bow to stern, everything was done with serious thought behind it. I am with you and I love the rear cabin. I need only arrive with my suitcase and a pair of Wellies and I could be off! She might be my favorite boat this year. And I really need to get this house on the market and have a chat with the British Embassy. Because I am going to miss my chances with this one and she is perfect!

I'm sure that like a lot of folk who watch these videos, I find myself thinking what the asking price might be, before I check the comments for the answer. I'm usually at least £10K out, which I guess is a sign of the current over-inflated market. Good for James & his brokers' commission though !! 😎😱

You really need to invest in a small hand held gimbal for your camera. It will make shooting and viewing so much better and they can be picked up quite cheaply online. I think big increase in quality of your videos will make it well worth the small investment.
