Honestly, with 1.8M I would spend 800,00 Euro on a blue water cruiser, 250,000 on Montenegro apartment, and the remainder invest a sp500 index fund for yacht maintenance etc.

1.8 million?,,,,,, the views are to die for,, but am sorry, but it looks like the construction was done by a 9 year old, and for the money they are asking, wow,,,, no kitchen, no stair rails, dark and dingy, no rendering with open breezeblocks, property scattered all over the place with cheap materials,,, if the builders so to speak were to had got in a good architect with top end materials and workmanship, then we would be looking a a goldmine to buy??
