YES! Wonderful layout! The only change I would make, is to be rid of the couch for a pair of captains chairs, and a pair of kitchen chairs for the breakfast bar. What a perfect bathroom too! Although, a bathtub is taxing on the water supply, just having one for the occasional soak would be marvelous. Love the real wood trim, cabinetry, and walls, along with the "custom" touches in the bedroom. Oh, and that bow? How cool is that large space? I would inset a receptacle for a garden umbrella, then enjoy the mornings and evenings up on the Lido deck :) £58,950 is a steal. I only wish I were in England, I would certainly gobble her up and be very happy I did.

Someone thought about this boat for a very, very long time before they had it built. They really loved it. I don’t think it’s really setup for a perpetual cruiser, but it is genuinely lovely. And the double glazed windows are Amazing. It looks in very good condition, but the survey would offer more info on the hull. I’m not in the UK, but this one turned my head.

Very nice boat! I like the big welldeck, big enough for eating out with family/friends on summer days. 2:09 Gap between the sofa bed and kitchen seems to be robbing space from the sitting area, but I guess you need it to access the washing machine, and you can use it for laundry and stuff.

Yes! This boat would fit my needs perfectly. I dislike those dinettes-much rather have room to sit outside, enjoying the lovely countryside. And must have a sofa. Too bad I am in Chicago-I can still dream though...This will not last long I believe.

These are designed for the narrow (and very calm) British canal system. On the Intracoastal Waterway, or any of the larger rivers of the U.S., you’d have your hands full just staying upright. Bon voyage!

Doran Jaffas : Not a boat for the inter-coastal waterway. These narrow boats are extremely shallow draft and can swamp easily.

The odds of you surviving the voyage are slim these boats are designed for canals, even taking them on the rivers in the uk has its dangers you have to choose the right conditions.

Not to mention the wide turn radius, even with a bow thruster, would make them a liability on the inter-coastal. And, the salt water would be very rough in the mild steel plate.

Y'all, I may not be Superman but I think I'm in love with Lois Lane -- er, Jane. One of the best thought-out boats I've seen come through here in a while (I think Half Dozen is still my top favorite, but this right behind it). Looks to be in nice condition, and the price isn't too awful bad. And apparently someone else must be in love with her too as she's gone from "FOR SALE" to "UNDER OFFER" in only about a day. :) Quick question for those in the know -- for boats without a cratch cover (or even ones that do have them), how do you deal with rain/water coming into the well deck? Is there a drain somewhere? Sounds like a total n00b question, I know, but I don't see them on these walkthrough vids.

If you watch the video, just before he gets to the bow, you'll see a rope bumper. Just in front of that, you can see a dark line on the blacking. That is a scupper, that drains the well deck of rain or waves. there will be another on the port side. The stern will simply have either a gap in the deck edge, or a hole, that will do the same ( You can see the small black port side drain, just in front of the gas locker at the beginning of the video) . A scupper is simply a hole or slot that allows water to exit the deck. The deck, is slightly convex to drain water to the edges.

She is a beautiful boat! Is there a book, website or publication that will show you what canals are fully accessible up to a specific length and width? I find info about a specific lock occasionally but I have not found where it is all in one place. I do like this boat!

Tidy looking boat but for me, I have never really understood the need for a long well deck if you have a cruiser stern. Why have both ends open to the elements to such a degree? Cutting out most of the well deck would have allowed a full-sized Pullman dinette in the saloon area.

I can't stand dinettes too cramped and take up too much usable space but to each their own. this was likely used by the previous owner as a weekender and the sunny deck for sitting on in a summers evening outweighed the need for indoor space.

Best boat iv'e seen for a while , well fitted out galley etc but for the bath , your not likely to use it as it would take all your water tank to fill it and when having a shower bath would be very slippery . A good buy for someone but a 20 year old boat so it will need a good hull survey , 59+k a bit overpriced for age , more like 45k+ :-)

@@wattschris992 Expensive to empty, cassettes are free, usually a massive tank taking up storage under the bed and sloshing about when the boat moves, blockages and pipe leaks, smell, having to take the boat to be emptied in the winter in icy conditions, personal choice in the end.

So much wasted space. A bath that can't be filled from the hot water tank, a sofa that doesn't fit and a waster room astern. If they had instead fitted a half-decent dinette, the boat would have been the better for it.

Andreas Duess What makes you think the Bath can't be filled from the hot water tank? The bath might exceed the capacity of the tank, but the tank will reach scalding hot temperatures when the engine has been running- when tempered with cold water to provide a comfortable bathing temperature there will be more than sufficient volume to fill a bath. Clearly this boat was built for the first owner, for some it is not about making absolute maximum use of every available space- for some, luxury is having empty space.

To you those things are important but not the people that fitted out the boat they have very carefully designed the boat to suit themselves and the new owner will have similar taste.
