You could cut the eyelet fabric off the dress, 4-6 inches ABOVE the ruffle seam if you need more length. The width of that would fit bottom of jacket, with or without gathering and the ruffle would be extra fluffy.

I’m not an animal print kinda gal but this is super cute. I thought that eyelet dress had some cap sleeves. Looked again. Nope. But an eylet ruffle might be simple and leave the raw denim edge. Those might look cute as new sleeves on the jacket? I have all the supplies…. No sewing skill but damn I need to alter my clothes now. 🤦🏻‍♀️ hahaha. Cuz oversized never goes above a certain size. 💚🖤💚
