Of late, there have been some decent value boats beng listed, but this however, looks expensive imho. I always do the guessing game, and usualy about spot on. On this boat, I reckoned about £60k........seems like I'm not even close! 🙂

Why do reverse layouts always seem to have the kitchen at the back? I'd have the saloon at the back, then going towards the bow: the dinette/guest bed, the kitchen, the bathroom and the main bedroom at the pointy end. That seems the ideal layout to me.

Thats what reverse layout means.... kitchen at the rear. Classic layout is better, with bedroom at rear, then kitchen, then saloon at the front with double doors.....

@@robtheplod Yes, I know. I'm suggesting something different. It doesn't matter what its called: call it "Easytiger layout" if you like. Classic layout makes less sense when you have a cruiser stern. The main socialising area - the stern - leads straight into someone's bedroom. Imagine a house where you walk from the garden/patio, through the patio doors straight into someone's bedroom!

@@EASYTIGER10 I've seen one boat where they put the saloon at the rear, kitchen in the middle, and I thought it was a great idea. One of the reasons I like reverse layouts is you don't enter the boat from the bedroom. Having the saloon in the rear means you enter into the largest open space, more like a normal home. And if you're working in the kitchen you don't have to move so people can get inside. If I was building a boat, I think this would be my choice
