⭐️⭐️ Good video. Nice home, however, they could have added a pot-filler at the stove, also glass doors in all bathrooms which eliminates the shower curtains for what they are asking for the home. Furthermore, I wouldn't have wall to wall carpet anywhere due to my spouse's allergies.

Hello Joe, my little highlight on Sunday evening. Your new video !!! And I have to say: it's a shame that it only lasted 25 minutes. It's a dream. The large main area with the front terrace and the wonderful backyard, the Pool, the kitchen, the loft area and the bedrooms. What is also great is that the furnishings is part of the home. And the private boat dock with slip facility. What can be driven on the lake? Electric or also combustion? So: I pack my suitcase and move in straight away - what would still be of interest to me: Will the office be dismantled as a garage or will the new owner do it? And it looks exactly the same with the furniture is still there. I totally remember this one. This is the one that has that balcony in the front right off the living room where you can just be waiting for the kids to come home from school or you can watch someone pull up in their car.

That is a huge office. It’s right next to the kitchen. And it’s a good size for my mom because you know they’re passing new rules for her job where she has to have more people so this would be good. And she can also take some of her work out into that front porch balcony with an iPad. She can do her meetings out there. It’s got a water fountain

Oh there’s that part of the pool where you would have the family section plus the hot tub and maybe a spot for a little kids and then on the other side you have the set up with the bar. That could be the adult section and then the family section could be on the other side.

Look at that ceiling in that master bedroom. And it has access out to that balcony that’s off the loft rec area. I want one of the bedrooms that has a balcony. I want the one that has the balcony that overlooks the lake. Because I love the view. And it has a bathroom. I can come out there while mom is on the balcony during the evening. And it’s got a boat dock. You can go out there just to look at the water

They should’ve put two rain showerheads. One for him and one for her. And again with those tubs. That’s good if you are a doctor at a hospital who can afford this home these days because with COVID-19, they are taking care of sick patients who are on ventilators and they want to come home.

Hi Bernadette, I hope you understand. Pricing has been a crazy subject. Prices change daily with every home sold, cost of lumber and adjusting prices. I just signed a disclaimer with this builder that I can not disclose prices. Too many people have been mis interpret the builders pricing.

I always post price of home at filming in the description. This particular builder made me sign a waiver saying I won't post price. Prices change so much that when people go to the builder and say that I said it cost $$$. I get in trouble. This base price of the house at time of filming was around $1mm, in todays market it would be $1.4mm. Thats a huge difference in a year. It's better not to post wrong prices as these videos last for years. I hope you would understand this

You notice how he conveniently didn't mention the price? Why advertise the house and not disclose the price? Does he just want to get peoples' hopes up just to let them down? To me that's being a bad realtor. You can weed out those who can't afford it quicker if you just mention the price. This would allow him more time to deal with those that can.
