Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to check out my work, even some of my scuffed older videos! My back is probably as healed as it will get, unfortunately. No pain but a constant vague sense of unease in exactly the spot where the pain used to be. Projects and household tasks are fine but sustained heavy lifting at the pace of a trades job is out of the question.
