Homelander has flight speed and very minimal strength advantage. SB has military training,greater durability,near homes strength,and he can get in his head and de power him with one blast. Those are SB plus sides

Solider boy has lots of military experience and fighting in D-day and intense and even greater durability and a beam that can depower home lander. Problem is the uni beam takes too long to charge so I got home lander winning high diffculty.
