I did this yesterday on NA. Took 2 hours and 83k to skill up Alchemy/Enchanting. Made 80k back from selling off unnecessary items and using initial concentration.

Great guide, definitely going to do some enchanters. For those interested in doing the Enchanting/Alchemy route instead of Enchanting/Jewelcrafting route, what is the setup you are going for on your Alchemists?

Just grab Alchemy Treasures instead of Jewelcrafting Treasures, and focus on first-time crafts when skilling up. I usually put points into Alchemical Mastery first to unlock Formulated Courage so I can spam some experiments

If you dont have alts, now is a good time to do timewalking dungeons, they are giving double xp for bonus, or if you wanna gear up some farming characters, they are giving up to 613 gear just for clearing timewalking raids (you can get timewalking raid quest from shattrath, or someone can share quest within the raid)

93 alts 70+ out there on 4 accounts. Most of them were made while Pandaria Remix, when I boosted them in dungeons 10>70 4 alts per hour lol. In my opinion that was the most efficient way to level up characters so far

Once Supplementary Shattering and Resourceful residue are both at 30, is it best to put remaining knowledge points into Immaculate Ingenuity or into something else (i already have 30-20-20 on Everlasting Enchantments)

Imo it’s a bad idea to spec into resourcefulness on enchanting you make a lot more gold from one inspiration proc than from multiple resourcefulness procs, also the tools should be inspiration for enchanting

I think both Resourcefulness & Ingenuity are both good. You can make a very solid arguement for Ingenuity aswell, but I also alot of times use my Enchanters to make Q2 Enchants with maxed out Resourcefulness so I make a little bit of extra gold from Q2 Enchants in addition to Q3, plus it feels good when you save over half the reagents from a resourcefulness proc :P I also think longterm Resourcefulness will beat Ingenuity and I'm too lazy to keep swapping back and forth or re-adjusting all my characters when that shift happens :P

@@SolheimGaming yea just pointing out that for example chest enchants are like 5k materials and sell for 18k rn, all that money comes from the concentration you use. Saving half the materials gives you like 2,5k gold while an ingenuity proc gives you 13k profit which is obviously a lot better. By the time that changes you will be easy to get the skillpoints for ressourcefulness through weekly disenchanting
