This was really, really good. Such a pleasure to watch. The teachers for this group really knew how to inspire. Two things - these moves use the whole body and are really challenging if you not really fit, but the girls aren't breaking a sweat. The other is that African dance includes everyone- skinny or those with a few rolls of flesh, as long as you can shift it and they are all beautiful and extraordinary.
