Everywhere I see Web of Spider-Man #1 I always see it for 40. Really crisp copies, but almost always for 40. Everything else I saw was spot on with what I'm seeing in comic stores

So many of those books, I literally never ever see for $20 if in "pristine" condition. Usually higher. $20 if VF-F at best. Or the opposite, maybe a little less than $20. BOP #8, I wish I could find a VF for $20. Granted, I think alot of LCS price like they are smoking crack but $20 is where a lot of those books should be at most, X-men #4 (first Omega Red I mean common on), $20 is barely palatable based on print run. I was at LCS last week and they had a raw copy on wall for $50 and sadly, it will likely sell and be gone in 1-2 weeks.
