watched you youtube and resolved the loggin to backend of site that previous video did not. I mentioned the liquidweb support team that they do not have to restore cpanel home directory backup zip file :)

Hello Matt, Thanks for another great tutorial. I had followed the example and now have SSP plugin set on my WP site: things look pretty except the Settings>Features>Firewall>Error from the day one when I first installed/set up the plugin. Could you please suggest which settings could impact/prevent this Firewall feature from opening? The Site Scan page does look suspicious as well - I have never seen any report below the checked purple bars on that page... Thank you for the time given to my questions.

I'm currently using the free version and planning to purchase the pro version. Can I transfer my current settings to the pro version? If so, how should I proceed? Do I upload the pro version while the free version is still active, then delete the free version once the pro version is uploaded?

Hi There! Thanks for the questions. Yes exactly that. Install pro while free is active! Then if free is disabled automatically you can remove it. If it stays active, you need the free version also (I can’t quite remember what it was, I see so many plugins every single day 🤪)

Hi Omar! Thanks for the question. My personal opinion is that Solid Security Pro is now better and more advanced than Wordfence as we speak. So yeah, switching is good option to think about. Also when securing more than 1 website 😃

Why does it say ithemes when you uploaded the zip. Earlier I also accessed my site via ftp and went into upload folder and saw ithemes backup folder

Hi there! Thanks for the question. Yeah you can buy custom plans if you are a big company. So like 50 websites is $500 per year for example. So it rewards to just contact them if you have a LOT of websites to secure 😎
