I like these videos a lot! Thank you! I also find it funny, that at 1:36 she tries to ask two questions, while he started answering after the first. It just adds to a warm sense of sincerity.

There is one thing confusing me: why the energy space is constant in a harmonic system?

(in this answer hbar = h) Because einstein's energy for a harmonic oscillator En = (n+1/2)hw which means that the energy levels just increase with the integer n, each level is only separated by hw. This spacing is constant. E(n=1) = (3/2)hw, E(n=2) = (5/2)hw etc, increasing by hw each time.
