I have nice trick to remember this sorry it's weird.. P_type....THAPAD........ T: trivalent impurity... H:Holes are majority carriers and HOLES are generated... P: P-type semiconductors.... A:they also called ACCEPTOR... D:Doner impurity is used..... Thank u sir🤗😇🤗
