Could you do a video on back chamfering with a double sided chamfer tool? Not much out there. :)

Good suggestion but I went to HSMWorks and am still learning that. I will keep it in mind though, I agree there is not much out there to explain how to do double-chamfers. That is one reason to pay for a package. If you bought SolidCAM, they should be able to walk you through the procedure.

simple 2d profile..........bottom...simple! or angle....3d contour...chamfer!

Sir when I try this with the 3d profile, there is a different chamfer on the angled surfaces.

Yes, the width of the chamfers will change due to the geometry. That is why I do the angles separately with a smaller chamfer-- check out the whole video to see how I compensate for this.
