Sir can you explation why to select selection manager while selecting guide curves 5:45.first i done without selection manager the design went wrong i was confused.please explation me this

Thanks, I created guide curves 1 & 2 in same sketch. so only i used selection manager. If you drawn in different sketch selection manager not required.
