Great video, u did a lot of extra steps that are not necessary, however since this is a tutorial is fine. You made a mistake with one arc, the center arc with 90 radius is not coincident with the vertical imaginary line of origin, instead is tangent with the horizontal line at the middle top, I think this is why u have problems later with the surface and the curvature.
