Sir, i tried to reproduce but failed. I am having problem from 3:40 to 3:48 from your video. I tried to use swept boss but it complains path issue. One of the path must be closed loop ?.

Hi Rengan, you should try the 'Swept Surface' command in this application. No need to create a closed loop when using surface commands.
