What would you use to make the clickers? would you extrude a line in betweeen? is it necessary another "chasis" in between the top and the base?

Why you are using Pierce relations?

If i otherwise the the coincident relation then it would not work. The pierce relation is used to define that the spline is following the other spline path at all the points.
