I think you missed the partition plate in channel head. This way fluid will not go into the tubes. If we donot add partition plate fluid will come through inlet nozzle and go out of outlet nozzle and will not enter tube side.

Yes, you are right. There should be a split wall in the head cup.

Your inlet and outlet on the shell cover are not correct. Your fluid will not flow through the tubes but instead will go straight through the cover.

yes outlet should be beyond the tubes.

Right. And the top inlet and outlet on the body should be on utmost right and left positions to use all the cells into the body of exchanger.

I wonder if you could draw a belt conveyor transporting some basic product (maybe only a cube), teaching us how to use some tools like basic motion or others that are necessary to move that product. You will me help a lot drawing this piece please. I mean just two shafts with belt and product. I hope you understand my english. The heat exchanger is not sitting in the saddles and they are off set. There is no channel so the fluid will go in and out without going through the tubes. the tubes around the center lines are not correct.

Tedious and slow methods used. Replicate planes. create baffles and extrude all. That took 2 mins and you took 10 mins.
