Weld size is supposed to be behind the fillet weld symbol, that location is for length of weld and its center to center spacing for stitch welds

In my SW there is not a "finishing method" option, there's just a "contour" both above and below.

How do you make a weld table with weld numbers corresponding to numbers in the tail of the weld symbol? I know it can be done manually, but solid works has to be able to generate that numbering scheme automatically, right?

Is it possible to add geometry data of the weld to the 3D-part as a STEP/IGNES/STL?

If you need the weld as a solid model geometry, you can use the "Fillet Bead" option. It has similar options to the "Weld Bead" shown in this video for weld callout, except produces actual solid body geometry. help.solidworks.com/2020/English/SolidWorks/sldworks/c_Weldments_Fillet_Weld_Beads.htm If the solid geometry isn't needed, then we definitely recommend the "Weld Bead" shown in this video as that represents the weld only graphically (for better performance) Here is a blog that helps explain the differences: hawkridgesys.com/blog/choosing-between-weld-bead-weld-fillet-solidworks

Thanks. By the way, it’s not common to attach weld symbol to the isometric view.
