Thanks for the video, I realise that the video is about how to create weldments in SolidWorks. However you need to align the gussets with the center of the four holes in the flange base plate. Otherwise the flange base plate will distort once a bending moment is applied to the pole. This is due to the large difference in stiffness between the two parts.
