I had the pleasure playing in her big band twice as a bassist. This was one of my favorite composition and arrangement. Lew Tabackin talented sax and flute player. It took a couple of songs to get use to Toshiko playing a grand piano backwards.

thank you for posting this, i had the opportunity to play bass bone on this arrangement recently, it's hard to get a true sense of the deceptively effortless Urgency that's inherent in this piece from reading the notes on the page, so this was a great help
