Please Check if there is dust accumulation in the air intake vent. Perhaps needs cleaning?

Mere room pe power socket nahi he toh normal wale switch board pe use karra hu toh uska button jal gaya he. Agar hum 1000 watt pe chalaye toh wo nahi jalega na?

Value for the money. Ek hazaar rupya keliye achha hai. Only problem is it needs a 15 amp socket. Heating is good. Room thodi dher ke baad garam hota hai. Main zyaada use nahi kiya isko. Used for 10 to 15 days max for 2 hrs daily. Working fine so far. Baad mein summer aagya.

I operate only in low heat ie 1000w power. As i don't have a 15 amp socket, I use it on low heat on 5 amp socket. In low heat, you need to sit within 4 to 5 feet in front of the heater, to get warm air. The 5 amp socket may melt off if you put it high heat as it cannot deliver that much current. I think extension box of 15 amp socket should be fine, provided its again connected to a 15 amp wall socket.

I sometimes use a plug adapter to convert from 16 amps to 5 amps. But I operate only at half heat ie in low heat. I Measured power consumption using energy meter and it was drawing around 972 watts with current around 4.9 amps. Hence its ok. But if operated at full heat, then it will blow up the socket as it does not support such high power draw and risky. But operating at low heat is not that effective as the heat is less. And i need to sit close to the heater. Hope this helps.
