Nice reviews as always! I agree with the unpredictable angle on these 4 sides, I feel like moving towards to a more and more rounded poly with time, even still liking a lot a confidential on the mains

I played with Confidential for about a year, and strangely I do not remember it being unpredictable. May have to go back to it for a review and see if that still holds true

I liked the feel, control, power more than regular HG. Just tension maintenance dropped much faster. Also less ‘plastic’ feel HG. Which is not a great feel. This was a 98 blade so not even a very open string bed. Would like to try again in a smaller head or 18x20. Basically a better string than HG in most respects for me, but only lasts 4-5 hours.

good point, G-Soft is less plastic feeling and something I should have mentioned.

I was considering trying this string as a 4.5 heavy top spin player that has used signum pro poly plasma 16L in a pro staff 97 for about the last 10 years. Do you have any experience with SPPP? Are there any strings that are clear cut upgrades? I've stuck with it for so long because it is easy enough on my arm and has good tension maintenance all the way to break. Cheers.

Yo Soundoflasers! I used Signum Pro-X and Firestrom but never hit with Pro Poly Plasma. Those two strings were both inconsistent with poor snapback and therefore very inconsistent compared to many other poly's. Cheers!

it must just be your natural swing but the ball is really jumping up high, you must have a high top spin stroke

@@TK-Tennis Y-Tex Square X has very pronounced square shape...u can see and feel it...and sharp to touch compared to Hyper G I reckon...I think Hyper G is dodgy marketing.
