Very nice home and floorplan..Only change I would have to do would be put a regular fiberglass tub in the master..That corner trailer looking tub doesn't look good.. But everything else is nice. I wish this manufacturer was in the east.. Love 18ft and the construction looks so much better than a clayton...

Nice. It works for me. Only things I would change: Cabinets Remove the tub and install a walk-in shower. 86 the music. It sounds like it should be in a comedy-western movie - cat house scene.

Can u get this one without carpet

At this time we can not get this home with carpet. Although I have customers that have removed the carpet and installed the vinyl tile throughout. It looks really good :)

I love this house for a single wide. The only three things that I do not like is....I would rather have a microwave over the stove instead of that 1960's vented hood & I do not like that the back door open outward, I can't put a screen there, I would like to have my back door open on the inside, so I leave the door open & have the screen door to help bring in fresh air & that natural light & lastly get rid of that hideous carpet in the living room!!!

I literally watch videos daily and stay on top of mobile home plans especially single wides and what is available as far as modular homes such as boxable and shipping container homes mainly because I'm trying to figure out what I want to buy and I have come across some stunning homes that are so well made however this manufacturer is cheaply made as many steps as the mobile home manufacturer has to taken to improve style and product as a whole when looking at these homes it takes me back 30 years ago to what a single wide used to look like cheap plastic looking walls with cheap tan carpet no padding and ugly beige outdated tiles particle board cabinets and hollow doors which is sad to say the least I have know idea what a single wide with this company even cost but based on what's available and what they offer I would hope it's close to giving it away
