Ah I need this, I am currently in solitude and I feel kinda lonely and it’s getting to me. But I need to stop depending on people for my happiness and find happiness within me. Facts, the first thing you have to do in your journey to solitude is to stop depending upon and looking outside of yourself for acceptance but always be open to guidance and advice, always listen with an open mind. Noone told me what I just told you and I don't even know how I know that but it sounds right lol. I'm introverted & a loner so I guess my need for solitude is natural & I never feel lonely.

If you are working in solitude to succeed, you are starting wrong. The first thing you need to do is build a team and social connections that support your success. Successful people never do it alone. Professional atheletes have teams. I'm a successful scientist with publications and patents, and I didn't do any of it alone. This motivation-sphere thing about ghosting people and doing it alone is total b.s. advice. I like this channel, but they need a video on building your team.
