Build shown at the end of the video. It is phemetos 29:48 void light build so credit goes to him. I modified it a little to be less tanky and more offensive.

Thoughts/info about the run:
To start things off, I like to put the bosses in 4 categories:
A. Instant restart bosses ( not worth the time effort)
-In the first category we have lydusa & Shahala (both). If you get any of these 2 bosses just restart. Dont waste your time. I tried many many times to brute force it but, it takes too much.
B. The annoying bosses.
-Annoying bosses are the “man rng doesnt like me” includes: Faerin and faelin, OTK, Alepsis Taura, Mother mind, Gwendilm and Sunken Witch. I had nightweaver here, but with how easy and fast we can kill her I decided to not put it here. While if you have perfect swaps and good buffs you can one phase otk or faelin they are simply annoying for the speed run. If I get too many of these Ill just restart.
C. Normal
Normal bosses is just the rest of them.
D. Starters
For starters, these are the ones you want to start your run on. I like abomination, as I can easily find the buff totem ,he easily gets destroyed fast without buffs and the door is not far. Stonewarden, astropath, kaeula can go here but I prefer them once I have my buffs, especially the speed buff. While cinderclad also gets destroyed I dont like to start on it because running from the boss to the door is like 15-20 seconds without buffs and like 10 seconds with max speed buff (kinda same with kaeula).
Now at the beginning of the run you may have noticed that I got the mod damage buff first. You may say that I must be very lucky. Wrong. If in the very first totem I dont get either mod damage or speed, I reset the run. I would say it takes like 10-15 resets on average before I get a run where I go hard on. Also if I get something like health buff I would go ahead and kill the first boss, but if the first boss doesnt give me a good buff, reset.
While It is time consuming this is the only viable method to get the buffs I want, I feel it is a waste of time (speedrun wise) to do the run with buffs that won't benefit you.
So what I was doing was; rerolling boss rush until I got abomination, once I got abomination if I didnt get a good buff from the totem, reset. And repeat until you get a good buff. And hope you dont get shahala, lydusa, too many annoying ones, and that the mods you need appear fast.
You can see I was spamming consumables whenever I could, the haste one, the mod needle, and sometimes the firerate one. I am not sure if haste buffs movement speed, but I like the small boost in actions. Also I try to use consumables when I either open the totem or I know the cards/buffs will appear on the screen to minimize use down time.
For the buffs:
My priority list goes something like:
Mod Damage
Movements speed
Fire rate
Health
Damage reduction
Critical hit
Anything else is a waste in my opinion (for this build). You will notice that by boss 12-13 you are very delicate so try prioritizing health or dmg reduction by then. ( I died in many runs to bosses because I didnt grab protection buffs).
But I assume an extremely skilled player may go full offensive no problem.
This run specifically was the pinnacle of good rng, as I got all the buffs I wanted by boss 7, and managed to buff movement speed very early on.
At Least with this build I, if perfect buff and boss rng is applied I think we can shave a solid minute off, but this ideal scenario is like a 1 in a million chance.
Over the last 2 weeks I dedicated like 35 hours just rerolling runs to finally get this run, so it is kinda tedious to get into this speedrun.
But yeah I think I covered most of the stuff, lmk via discord or in the comments for additional details.
Thanks Gunfire for such a great game.
