Surely would be possible (to reach the 50% mark) if you powered them to the point where Counter deals: 16dmg to T-tar at lvl36, assuming 15Att IV 13dmg to Lapras at lvl 31, with 15Att IV 13dmg to Snorlax, at lvl 37.5, with 15Att IV. Snorlax being the hardest followed by Lapras which is well rounded but no double weakness then Tyrannitar being the quickest

Although Charizard is also double weak to golem's rock moves, unfortunately, golem's dps isn't very high comparatively. His attack stat is only 211, while machamp is higher with 234. Moreover, his C/DP moveset is better overall than golem's RT/SE. So charizard will be more difficult to duo.

Hmm, but Charizard has a lower Defense stat than Tyranitar, so might that make the difference? Could be worth a try, perhaps.

Hi, can you do a similar video using poliwrath? Imo poliwrath is much better than machamp in the sense that even though poli does lesser damage, but his tankiness allows him to actually do more damage than machamp effectively.

But when the timer is your worst enemy, tanking hits becomes pretty useless compared to higer dps

My team have taken down tyran and lapras with 2 accounts of 3 poliwraths, 3 machamps each - supplemented with 1 or 2 accounts using rubbish mons like blisseys. Both tyran and lapras can be taken down with 20s left on timer. Tanking hitters I suspect deal more dps than glass cannons with lesser trainers in the raid due to the fact that poliwrath can do 4 dynamic punch but machamp can only do 3. In a raid of 20 trainers, it doesnt matter what you use really, the bosses are going to go down. But when number of trainers decrease, the challenge become steeper.

Vincent Chia Poliwrath like u said will last longer but will not out dps a machamp due to their much lower attack stat.. As u can see the battle is not against survival but against the clock so it really comes down to higher dps

Would be quite difficult. Based on my own attempt with just lvl 30 machamps, I can't reach the yellow bar for the tyranitar.

Apparently there is a damage cut off for 15 attack iv machamps at level 29, so if you're using a couple of 12 iv machamps at level 30, they may be just under the next higher damage cutoff. Also I believe karate chop and close combat lose a decent amount of dps relative to the optimal counter dynamic punch.

Will-O-Wisp Mimikyu Tyranitar has double weakness to Fighting type moves.

How many machamps are worth powering up? I got one maxed at 39 and was thinking of taking another to level 36. Both 97 IV with 15 attack C/DP

Theoretically, six would be ideal. I'd certainly try to get two maxed out, at least.

Not possible for soloing Tier 4 bosses. Only possible to duo (2-man), especially on the tyranitar with machamps.
