My uncle fell of a godman cliff in bear mountain when he took his r1m up there he high sided and still survived with some internal injuries.

i did but got out and rode some more on the nicer days, the bikes away these are pre recorded uploads, I’ve been to hawks nest in my buddies evo 8 when we were teens lol it was fun but sketchy since we went so late at night and it’s pretty much pitch black but I’ll probably visit it on the bike come next summer, we’ll see & thanks you as well man 👍

Great video bro...but there is so much more riding in bear mountain that you missed out on in this video. The scenery on route 6 is amazing and the other side of the mountain when you get to the second traffic cirle...those roads and lakes up there are beautiful.

Thanks but I had work later that day, it was a quick personal spin, as you can see I just went to the bridge and back lol..it’s only 35/40mins or so from me, I plan on going back in the summer when it’s actually active and to spend a day out there cruising around and showing more 👍

I did a solo country ride on this past Saturday myself. Found some new twisty roads, even one had two hairpin turns. The scenery is always nice. Just sucks the pavement is so cold, I really didn't want to get too crazy with lean because I didn't feel like my tires had full grip. Once the warm weather is back, that's where I love to be the most, out in the twisties.

The solo rides are always a good time.. nothing like just you and your machine on the road, you’re right though gotta be careful with the cold pavement and the tires not warming up or holding any heat so traction just isn’t there, I’m looking forward to more open road trips next summer as well, I’m not a twistie chaser but they’re fun to ride on for sure, have fun out there and safe rides! Hell yea man i was gonna ask if you could do a ride in the mountains. i went to the mountains this year for the first time went to blue Ridge mountains then my favorite tail of the dragon in Tennessee ever since that trip nature and mountains are my favorite places to go i planned to go back.

Took my R6 out today here in Jersey it was 34 degrees but the cool air felt good. Just getting the engine warmed up and the oil flowing. Bear is a great ride. Would like to hook up in the summer for a ride if your down. Ride safe brother peace.

Hey man that’s awesome, uhhh honestly nothing lol it’s not a problematic bike from my experience, All I’ve ever done is an oil change and mods. Brought mines with 1500 miles, now it’s at 7,0xx, 0 issues. The most expensive thing on my bike is the full titanium exhaust system which wasn’t needed.. major service isn’t needed until like 12k or so miles per the manual, good luck 👍

15:07 im new into riding, might be dumb question. So when you are changing gear (Without quickshifter), you pressed clutch as you should but aren't you supposed to let go of the throttle as well when when you changing gear? Do think you can make a video on how to shift correctly

he did, otherwise the engine would have screamed at him while he held in the clutch. U can see his hand moving slightly to the front while shifting.

not a dumb question, you’re correct, you let off the throttle when up shifting, if you look closely my hand moves slightly (letting off the throttle) and then slightly back on, most of your inputs on a motorcycle are delicate and quick, once you start riding more and get comfortable with your bike everything just flows…maybe I’ll make a video but it wouldn’t be until next summer, these are all pre recorded videos and I only have 1 left to upload. I plan on getting a sportster 48 in the near future actually, as for the issue you have with me going 40, call me crazy but I like making it back home to my loved ones in one piece, you can go ripping around mountains at full tilt if you want, flying off the side of a mountain trying to be cool on the internet doesn’t interest me, plenty of channels post what you’re looking for, go find them and join that peepee measuring circle jerk they have going on 😀👍
