@@danyoungy I always go to my same secret spot in the gulf of Thailand. Shore diving with a camp spot in a rural area :) I missed a giant 5-6kg Malabar grouper.. :( but had a great trip. Blue runner plus 2 queenfish and a baracuda. Still stoked but the grouper was a legend fish for a shore dive, he gave me a broadside too and I choked I think. Not sure check back with me next week I’ll have a better excuse

@@danboutdoors Thanks Dan! Haha I finally got there, I’m definitely keen to keep pole spearing in certain situations! Haha yeah I’ve been told that is a sharky area, I don’t dive up there much… I was fine with the size ones cruising through though especially with the viz I had. have you run in to any big models in that area?

Top vid again mate! where did you anchor up for the night and do you get dew on you sleeping on the boat without a cover?

@@JP-cy4uk I anchored maybe 1km south of tangalooma mate, went in really close to the island to get out of the NE wind. I had a little bit of dew on my sleeping bag when I woke up but it wasn’t an issue. In winter it would be though haha. There is a potential better sleep setup in the making for my boat soon… . Appreciate you tuning in 🙏
