I'm gonna admit. As much as it may be painful to start from bottom to higher ranks, it makes the people who want to play ranked at low levels, feel really stupid. I'm personally a low elo player, and So many times I've been playing in bronze lobbies and we get a couple preds that wipe the floor with us, and they're not even trying either. It makes the game so much less enjoyable.

The answer is: NO Saved you an hour. With the hard resets and grind orientated "skill expression" it just isn't possible to get to your actual rank in a normal timeframe, especially solo.
