Hello everyone!
This week i go for a nice solo bushcraft wild camp to re charge and chill out in nature.
Thanks to Lee for letting me use his shelter!
I made a few things in this episode and tried out an "upside down fire" swell as an unorthodox grill hanger.
I ate well as always and drank a few real ales while enjoying some alone time in the forest..
IF you would like to donate to the charity walk, the charity is called "Veterans At Ease" and the donation link is here:
www.justgiving...
Thanks so much for supporting my 200 mile hike and wild camp across an old roman route to the the coast before following the Norfolk coast path and onto the Suffolk coast path.
If your interested in any gear you can find some of it here:
www.amazon.co....
if you would like do donate to the channel in the form of beer or a meal you can do that here:
paypal.me/east...
Billy can insert : www.etsy.com/u...
Im on Instagram: ‪@EastAnglianBushcraft‬
Cheers!!

Why on earth would anyone have a problem with you creating something out of nothing for fun and sharing your adventure with everyone? How do people get to be so miserable? You keep doing you and having fun creating things and living your best life. You've done enough for us. You earned your freedom, bro.

Hi, ex-matelot here. I've recently started watching your vids a few months ago. I did spend a lot of time ( years and years) in Afghan ( in rig on Op Herrick 8 ) and most recently as a civie working for an American company doing stores support for the US military. I met a lassie and we moved up to the Highlands from Central Scotland once I left the navy, she once owned a wee field and her brother had a forest ( both since sold :-( but life goes on ). I use to spend a lot of time up at the field cutting dead wood from his forest for firewood for us and my elderly inlaws. I had planned to set up camp in the forest but this didn't materialise. I did however over months and years form a path through his cleared forest area and built a log bridge from scratch over a burn and I only used a Hursqarvarna for cutting the dead wood for the 6 foot long bridge, everything else was done by hand including foundations etc,, sweat and positive feel good energy was the order of the day. I built it to help me extract deadwood for firewood and my brother inlaw used it for walking his dog. After being in that country for work, I relished being home and up in the field/forest cutting dead wood for my elderly inlaws. I'm envious you have found a forest to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. There was nothing more relaxing and fun than exploring the forest my brother inlaw had. Ok I used a chainsaw for cutting deadwood but it gave me immense satisfaction and positive well being cutting and lugging free firewood for my inlaws to keep them warm and save them buying firewood for winter. Free, healthy, and positive well being all round. Sadly the new owner has forested the forest but I know 100% my bridge has remained. In years to come by it will be rediscovered for walkers to use. Keep up with the terrific videos mate. Watching them also relaxes me, until my brother inlaw buys another forest for me to then explore and relax in. BZ

When you talk about your past and PTSD.....IV no way done what you have done in life but what you tell us I see in my self sometimes, Things went bad for me at 12, and well been a young chap had no body to talk to. But at the same time I was in scouting and this video just took me back to the best times.... Summer scout camps, I never really slept in tents with others, I use to build bivvies and did the sort of things you did in your camp..... Years on I do so miss the wild. I just sit on my off grid shed every night drinking. (Just as I'm writing this you talk and say about been depressed and get up and go) Look forward to your next clips.

Shekels will get sent brother. Talking to people "friends" taught me a lot about who was just about for me as opposed to who was about for I could do for them. I got self reliant without getting bitter, that wore off quick, I got out the door. Bang on brother, nature doesn't judge or ask or expect anything other than mutual respect. I still a few mates left, the real ones. I also know communities worldwide who are cool like thee brother.
