Yummy in the Tummy. Meatballs with lingonberries, pickled cucumbers, potatoes and a good sauce, 🇸🇪 Swedish dish yum... Try cutting a cross in the potato after it is cooked and add butter, little salt and little garlic powder in the potatoes and then eat the potato so goooood...

Hej! Really enjoyed this video. Especially the excellent preparation of the Svenska kottbullar. My granny was a 100% Svenska kvinna. Born in the U S, But both her parents were born in Sverige. She made kottbullar on Holidays. I grew fond of them and now make them myself on Holidays for my dotters and their families. I also appreciated your skillful bushcraft. Developed some myself over the years. Need to do more. Lots of camping land here in northern Michigan . . .

@@smileygladhands i agree with smiley , comments like these trigger me cause they dont care about her skills or safety cause if they cared they would say dont crack a egg with the blunt side of a folding knife it only take a few pounds of pressure to break that little spring cause the knife to close onto her fingers and well there's a hospital visit cutting the camping trip short and if its too deep then she will bleed out before she can walk out i own several of those folding style knifes and i would never hit the blunt side of any of them against anything i want her to improve her bush craft skills and enjoy what she doing while being there but comments like this is unhelpful to her im going to stop now these comments are putrid.

Here in Louisiana, USA, the chanterelle mushroom is the most common edible species. I consider them a delicacy and eat them raw and cooked. Thank you for your videos. The wilderness is breathtaking. It is also good to see bushcraft still being enjoyed.
