Great episode, I think someone saw the body on the road, fyi, did you know that you can get the guard uniform, if there at the top of the stairs, at the airstrip, go around the building and go under the stairs, stand on the stack of lumber, you can put them on, enjoy !

BTW taco in case you don't know when you get the primary loot and it tells you at the bottom escape the cayo perico, when you move towards the 3 mines at the bottom map right when the sentence disappears the mission is already over, it stops counting timer and you take no dmg and no loot reduction if someone shoot you, just in case you didn't notice this, when the sentence disappears that's your sign that u r done

That happened to me at the main dock yesterday as well. Different cone, but I was wearing a disguise. I'm fairly sure it was the guard on top of the tower that is to your left when you steal the boat at 13:42. Weirdly, I restarted and did the same route and nothing happened. It's not very often I go to the main dock, but it's never happened before. I originally thought it was because it was one of those that can catch you while looting, like the bugged cameras that can see through walls, so on my second attempt I stopped looting when the cone rotated then finished when it turned away. Having seen your run here, though, I'm wondering if it isn't just a bug that came with Thursday's update. It wouldn't be the first Cayo-related one. For example, between the First Dose and Last Dose updates, it wasn't an uncommon occurrence during the Longfin setup that all the cops would spawn within the police station so you could drive to he dock entirely untroubled.

I had that same cone of vision glitch at the main dock too. I didn't even kill anyone. GTA5 has so many more bugs now. I wish they'd concentrate on fixing bugs, banning modders, and improving QOL stuff rather than adding useless content.

There's a guy that spawns in, I think 1 of 4 different locations on the map that has that huge cone of vision. I only knew of the airstrip and near compound main gate as his spawn spots.

That guy is bugged, it doesn't matter if you wear a disguise. he always trigger the alarm at the second you enter its cone of view, same for the guy in the north dock in the warehouse that you need two people but you can open it solo. both of them trigger the alarm no matter what

Im still wondering how the hell his cone of vision became so big, have you figured it out yet @subscribefortacos ? Cause i know from when i asked you to challenge me (and for proof i uploaded it) if you leave the compound and take too long to escape cayo perico, El Rubio does "Checks on the guards" and a notification saying that your guard disguise is basically useless, but you wernt in the compound yet, and the only time that happens to me is when im caught or a guard saw a body. But im pretty sure that guard shouldnt have seen any of the bodies you took out, and you were in disguise so he shouldnt have found you out (unless in theory theres a shorter period of time in the cone of vision due to hard mode, but idk about that though)
