Room service catering to the homeless, cleaning daily, for those who use the public restrooms as their personal studio apartments. Lock up the restrooms at night, then come in with "Hot Water Steam Sprayers" which the County has at their facility in Venice, and clean the place up. Tourists, or City of L.A. residents don't want to use those filthy, dirty bathrooms. And everyone wonders why the crowds have not returned to the boardwalk. "Save Venice Boardwalk"

I'm 60 and I grew up in Midway City in Orange county California. My mom would take me to Venice Beach back in the early 70's as a break from going to Huntington Beach. This doesn't much resemble the Venice Beach I remember. This is unacceptable on so many levels.
