@@morpheus6408 Normally when people are grinding out speed runs, especially world record runs, they're going to be alone so they have as little distractions as possible. Even when people stream them it's often that they wouldn't look at their stream chat until the game forces them to wait. I say casually because it seems to me that he wasn't tunnel visioned on the game with his friends doing everything short of breaking into song. It looks to me as if he's gotten a lot of what he's doing into muscle memory or routine. All of that is probably why he had the response he did when he almost skipped a bell

It's insane how well and consistent you can shoot to get 1-2 punch turn, almost a full 180 hit the grapple point and never screw up the timing for the grapple melee. Like that is absolutely so clean. Kind of annoying that people think just anyone can knock that out going from no experience with it and having it down in a few hours like just anyone can do that.

Grappling to a tether point refunds the grenade energy for it. That's why he keeps flicking to grapple to it.

@@skipventure5158 The word "Nerf" isn't even appropriate here because this change did absolutely nothing to BoW. They need to completely rethink how dmg scales in d2 in combination with everything or find ways to limit regeneration of certain abilities if they want things to stay as strong as they are. Whenever they add something that boosts dmg of an ability in some way, it always breaks the game eventually because people find ways to easily maintain regen of the ability. Touch of Flame, Chaos Accelerant, knock em down, Lethal Current, Banner of War are all examples of that and all were nerfed in some way. However, unlike melees, grenades and supers have very few ways to boost dmg any further apart from Verity's Vow, but this exotic is usually really hard to maintain without a good Solar primary like Sunshot, but even then, in most cases it's really hard to maintain the buff throughout the dmg phase of a boss, especially in a team. However, BoW is a different story because of how many ways to scale melee dmg there are and how long the buff lasts for, literally a whole dmg phase and more. Did you see the numbers? When you scale dmg with one-two punch, Wormgods and setup a grapple point with Navigator, you are able to do more dmg in one melee then most supers in the game through their whole duration. And due to the grapple point, you can do this indefinitely. Like, how is that balanced? If you say that it's balanced by the fact that you have to unlock Navigator for that then you can easily ask someone on the team among Hunter's to setup the grapple point. They need to make it so each time you add a dmg boosting perk, it scales by multiplying, not adding so each time you get diminishing returns.
