He controls his breathing. I can feel my heart beating out my chest sometimes but I remind myself to take deep breathes and that allows me to play in the moment. I don’t always win, obviously, but I don’t feel as panicked.

I know they seem like polar opposite players, but I always thought that Iron and JoeWo are very similar in the sense that they're both 100% committed to their style. For Iron it's all about wins. Regardless if he gets 2 kills or 20. And all JoeWo cares about is getting kills. Doesn't care about how many wins he gets per stream or how high is his KD.

Should check his games he played with MuteX in that case, like letting the dog out to play lol. MuteX does his thing and pushes teams hard, and Iron provides sniper support, an unlikely but great duo.

In regular solos there are no helicopters because people would fly them at maximum height in the final circles when the game first came out. If you see Iron in a helicopter while solo on his team it should tell you he is playing in either the duos/trios/quads playlist as a solo
