Work a year or two, save money, only get what you truly need, keep it simple. Then you will have money to travel for a while. When traveling don't stress, stay still for a bit and you wont burn money so you can enjoy the lifestyle.

You find jobs along the way, or you stay here your job is and save money to buy a house if that's what you want, you create something to support you, you move a bit differently in the world, you don't define yourself by appearances and the stuff that owns you, you own your life, society doesn't own you or the rules they say you have to follow, or the job or fake connections...it's a change of view and a new way of life that flows with you not you with everything else. You have the freedom to just breathe and be you and only be confined by what you decide to be confined to.

The best thing for these areas is to leave them alone. Move to a city with shared walls for efficiency. The best way to not leave a trace is not going there to begin with. We need to work of reforestation, not living in the forest.

You know Dylan, I was one week away from hitting the road and doing exactly this. But life happens, and my beautiful grand daughters were faced with very sad and unfortunate circumstances and were going to split up as a result. Fast forwarding a few years...the girls are now settled and quite happy TOGETHER ... as they should be … and we are ALL hitting the road this spring. The public school system doesn't have "healing of the hearts" on the curriculum and I think its time for a VERY LONG overdue family adventure of sorts...LOL...Home schooling is so much more common now a days and it will be an experience they will remember for their entire lives. Hope you can drop by and see us all living the dream while we cruise the Alaskan highway and look over the grand canyon (and so many other wonderful things)...Just like this lovely girl in the video, waking up to a new scene every day is just what the doctor ordered for these lovely little girls I call my own now. Life is good. Thanks for a great video. Wishing you safe travels, because of course, "It's A Wander-FULL Life" indeed!

I have the exact same 1986 GMC vandura get away van! Except he's a faded gray and I call him the beast. Well worth the two grand he cost me last year, runs like a champ, and parts are easy to find. Best wishes for this lady's van adventures.

Best summed up demo and explanation on utube. They all leave out another convenience that this life brings. Look in the shared accommodation section of the want ads. You find some place you like, want to stay a while, need to work. Spread out. You move in, share expenses. Your bedroom is in the driveway.
