I also got the infinite damage phase glitch a couple times. It only worked when I used my primatic Titan grenade right after the damage started. I still don't know how to do it, but I was using Rufus's Fury, Choir of One and Edge Transit, prismatic titan with twilight arsenal and the exotic class item with spirit of star eaters and spirit of eternal warrior.

Some research and testing and here’s my tips on the infinite damage phase on 2nd encounter, if you start the fight by shooting the minotaur with a kinetic tremors gun it’ll work, In my case I used multimach (the one offered by banshee) and it worked every time without fail, + you don’t even have to damage the boss when dps starts (but of course shoot the eyes) because the glitch must happen before you start the encounter it’s not something during it. Hope it helps for anyone wondering.

A lot of times. Most of the resets were because a cyclops one-shotted me in the opening encounter, or because the boss didn't glitch out on the first try for infinite damage.
