I think the difference with Void HOIL last week that makes it underperforming here is that you did not spam ability more often. Most likely because the Arc melee is close range only and lacks of survivability.

If you ever try this build again, I'd highly recommend trying Pulse instead of lighting. The Ionic traces as well as the more dmg per pulse make it fuckin nuts

I’m curious to see how Crown of tempest does with the arc hunger. It just needs arc abilities or jolt Kills to active its buff of up to 500%+ recharge rate of abilities. This paired with something with jolting feedback might go crazy

Even better with Stoicism with Hoil and Verity. Same recharge rate buff, but more damage from killing at least one enemy with an arc weapon every 11 seconds. Even just 1 stack of Verity gives you 40% grenade damage, put Anarchy in spawn points and you can get 100% more damage on every arc grenade.

I doubt it. No Storm Grenades and no Touch of Thunder on Prismatic Titan. Those are two things that really made the build work.

Not even remotely true, prism titan does not have touch of thunder nor spark of magnitude, both of which combined would out damage even a 5x verity basic storm grenade which prism titan doesn't have either since they have pulse grenades which would also be weaker

Anyone know if there’s any chance gifted conviction will hold up in GM’s? Also I Recently switched back to hunter from Titan and iv been running celestial nighthawk for damage, but iv been having alot of trouble with survivability in higher end content, any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated.

I cleared this GM 3 times in a duo team with it on a prismatic build I made with that chest piece. Teammate had rimecoat warlock. Winters shroud gives damage resist for a while after dodging, so I really built into that with threaded specter for survivability, as well as a voltshot weapon (I used undercurrent) so I could apply jolt often to proc gifted conviction damage resist. I didnt even utilize the ascension or tempest strike parts of the exotic, but I will say I was tanking a lot of damage. I ran thunderlord with a kinetic tremors scout. Indebted kindness would be better because for some reason GLs struggle to fill the arc hunger meter, but I don't have one. I used shuriken melee cuz applying slow gets dodge back faster, and it has range which is nice in the opening part of the GM. Arcbolt grenade with the fragment that makes it jolt. Used tether super with the fragment that gives overshield on orb pickup. TL; DR: Winters shroud + threaded specter + overshields, and a way to apply jolt consistently. Goal: have as much dodge uptime as possible and jolt everything.

The problem with GM's and all "Hard" content is.....its just Hiding in a corner. Theres no real movement or skill involved. Now..Go and play as a Free to Try..that goes for ALL the "Season"Pass . SEason Pass is CODED to "win" against Free to Try. And im not just talking about the Weapons/Armor. The game itself is CODED . And its called "SBMM" or Skill Based Matchmaking"? A Free to Try NF is 100X more difficult than a Season Pass GM.

Free to play or not, all GMs can be done with pretty much any loadout, provided you can deal with the champions. The gap isn't that huge, and GMs are easier than ever before
