Solo hiking in Sierra de Espadán Natural Park (Spain)

Solo hiking in Sierra de Espadán, Castellón (Spain). This circular route starts in the recreational area of El Mesillo near Villamalur, runs through part of the Natural Park between thick pine forests and small cork oak forests to climb up to the Alto del Pinar. In the area you can still see the remains of trenches and machine-gun posts from the Civil War, and there are many other routes that are well worth a walk.
