Solo Kathak recital by Debdatta Chakraborty in Hridaypur Nandonik Classical Dance and Music Festival 2025 at Barasat Rabindrabhaban on 4th January 2025.
This endeavor by Hridaypur Nandonik was to create a platform for array of budding dancers to upcoming professionals to internationally acclaimed exponents .More than 70 performers from different classical dance forms like Monipuri , Kathak,Bharatnatyam,Satriya and Odissi took part in this festival. An art work exhibition by school students was also organized. Eminent dancer and social worker Smt. Alaknanda Roy was chief guest and other distinguished personalities were also present there in the event.Hridaypur Nandonik has decided to organize this festival every year in coming years to promote the rich cultural heritage of our country.
