its only with certain weapons, based on some testing i think it's only the bow so far, which weapons are you using? if its plum or moonlight it's not affected by FPS

I probably have more attack substats than you, i have added a section in the f2p review where i show all the gear substats: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gXTIfGZ9Z9tlnK8, i also have 5% atk on gems
